Launch parties for new drinks are a well-trodden path, and we, alongside our friends at sister agency, PrettyGreen, were challenged with bringing the refreshing taste of the new Smirnoff Infusions to life for press, VIPs and competition winners at a launch event less ordinary.
Keeping true to Smirnoff’s urban character and playing on the ‘made from real’ aspect of Smirnoff Infusions, we teamed up with Nomadic Community Gardens, hidden around the back of Brick Lane, to create the Smirnoff Pick Your Own Allotment Party.
Guests were able to explore the natural surroundings of the Nomadic Community Gardens, whilst selecting and picking their own fruit and plant garnishes from a variety of colourful plots.
Top mixologists, with the help of Kew-trained, star botanist, James Wong, turned the classic Infusions serve into something extra special using the freshly picked ingredients; bringing to life Smirnoff Infusions fruity finish and refreshing taste.
We had a truly amazing time in the East London sun transforming Nomadic into an even more beautiful lush garden, with great food, people and of course, delicious drinks. Not to mention, Russell Tovey popping down with his super cute pooch! Other guests included Daisy Lowe, MNEK, Laura Whitmore and Joel Dommett.
Hitting the shelves in time for summer, Smirnoff Infusions is best served with soda, ice and an orange or raspberry fresh fruit garnish – making it the ideal drink for relaxed occasions with music and socialising.
